How To Apply

For Baseline Protection:

• • New concrete should be allowed to cure for 28 days
  • Bring surface condition and appearance to desired level which may include light pressure cleaning
  • Clean surface with masonry or concrete cleaners to remove oils, grease and other surface contaminants
  • Spray, wipe, roll or brush Polyceramic Paver Sealer onto surface at recommended yield
  • Allow for overnight cure before traffic
  • Do not allow surface to be saturated with water for 12 hours, this includes rain or dew (after 1 hour surface can be covered with plastic)

For Robust Protection:

• • New concrete should be allowed to cure for 28 days
  • Bring surface condition and appearance to desired level which may include light pressure cleaning
  • Clean surface with masonry or concrete cleaners to remove oils, grease and other surface contaminants
  • Spray, wipe, roll or brush Polyceramic Paver Sealer onto surface at recommended yield
  • Repeat steps until desired finish is achieved (typical maximum is 3 coats)
  • Allow for overnight cure before traffic
  • Do not allow surface to be saturated with water for 12 hours, this includes rain or dew (after 1 hour surface can be covered with plastic)

Maintenance

• Use non-acidic masonry cleaner every 6-12 months to refresh the surface

Surface Area Coverage:

5-Gallon = 1250-1500 sq.ft. (Depends on substrate absorption)
1-GALLON = 250-350 sq.ft.
